STATEMENT REGARDING THE ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WEBSITE PURSUANT TO ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 82/2022

Consorzio Premax, with headquarters in Premana (LC) 23834, Via Giabbio snc, VAT number IT00406130138, undertakes, in accordance with Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004 and pursuant to Legislative Decree 82/2022 and Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), to make this declaration aimed at clarifying the compliance status of the website  https://www.premaxshop.com

COMPLIANCE STATUS

The website does not currently comply with the requirements of the digital accessibility legislation set forth in the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard. However, pursuant to the combined provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (Articles 1, 2, and 15), Legislative Decree 82/2022 (Article 3, paragraph 2), AGID Circular No. 3/2022, and the European Guidelines, the website does not fall under the obligation to comply for the following reasons:

- The website was launched before June 28, 2025;
- As of June 28, 2025, it has not undergone any substantial changes (graphic redesign, code restructuring, CMS changes, or significant technological updates);
- It is only undergoing routine maintenance and content updates, which do not constitute substantial changes.

Therefore, at this time, it is not subject to the obligation to immediately comply with the accessibility requirements set forth by law.
